What Are Galvanized Products?
A zinc coating is formed on the surface of steel through a hot-dip galvanizing process, providing long-lasting rust protection. This is currently the most economical and effective solution for steel corrosion protection.
Key Advantages
High corrosion resistance, significantly extending service life
Strong adhesion of the zinc coating, allowing for further processing such as stamping, bending, and welding
Uniform surface finish, with options for standard zinc bloom, fine zinc bloom, or no zinc bloom
Can be further coated with color or printed; supports RAL colors and custom wood grain/brick texture finishes
Main Applications
Building roof panels, light-gauge steel studs, ventilation ducts, home appliance casings, automotive components, grain storage equipment, door panels, and more.
Common Specifications
Thickness: 0.12–4.0 mm; width: 100–2,500 mm; zinc coating weight: 20–450 g/m². Complies with international standards such as ASTM, JIS, and EN; grades include SGCC, DX51D, Q195, Q235B, and others.
